Belly Button!

Khloe was sitting in the big chair with me the other night watching something on TV and I noticed she was giggling and shrieking and it was getting louder. Then I noticed she was lifting her pj's shirt up and down. While she had the shirt up she would put her finger in her belly button and giggle/shriek with excitement and flip her shirt back down. HAHA!

The Spray Down

Monday (5/25) was mom's birthday and we had her over for dinner of her favorite meal--spaghetti and then we had birthday cake. Then she decided to plant a few flowers outside with Khloe. Somehow in watering the flowers after they were planted it turned into "The Khloe Spray Down." She loved it though! Here's the video.

This Is What Happens When Daddy Dresses Khloe

Jeff was getting Khloe ready for bed last night and was having a heck of a time trying to figure out why Khloe's PJ top would not go on right. You will notice that Abby Cadabby is upside down. We were both laughing so hard that he put her top on upside down. lol.

Just For The Cousins Up The Hill

My cousin asked if she has sunglasses and I then had to post this pic I took a few weeks ago. It was a long morning of errand running and she had a major meltdown and while waiting in line at McD's to get a happy meal all of a sudden she was very quiet. She had fallen asleep. Poor thing.

But this is to show she does have sunglasses too! lol. She's our little accessorizer with all her purses, bracelets and sunglasses.

Mom!!! Which Purse Should I Use Today?

About a week or so ago Khloe started receiving packages in the mail from Grammie Jo (Jeff's mom). Grammie's been shopping again!! She sent her these two purses (among others) and Khloe is in heaven. lol She loves her purses. She "slings" them over her shoulder and walks off down the hallway while saying bye and waving at you. We ask her if she's going shopping and she turns around and waves and heads off back down the hall.

She's has quite the collection now. Wait till she discovers mommy's stash of purses in one of the closets in the bedroom. lol.

Asotin County Fair.

We started out going to the carnival (where we met up with Grammie ) and she enjoyed all the excitement going on around her but still wasn't big enough to go on the rides so we won some prizes for her. We took a lot of pics while at the carnival but somehow the camera was on video and not the regular setting for pictures so we ended up with no carnival pictures. Then we headed up to the fairground for the BBQ and to look at some animals.

Wrangler shirt: Check
Cowboy boots: Check
Ready for the fair: Check

She's got her "fair" stamp and is already to go check it out:

She was all interested in looking in the horse stalls till the one in this one snorted at her and then she wanted nothing to do with looking at them.

Sitting on this tractor was her MOST FAVORITE THING! She loved it, we could not get her off of it.

Hello Again!

Hi everyone! We are back. We finally decided to just make a whole new blog since we couldn't remember the log in for the other one. This time we did write it down! :)

Khloe is getting so big and will be 18 months old this weekend. The Asotin County Fair is coming up and she is already with her fair outfit that includes her first cowboy boots that are PINK.

We got thru this Easter and it was a busy one that included practically no nap and one big meltdown for the afternoon The day was pretty much a bust. Poor baby. We need to plan better next year and just have family over and hang out next year.

She is teething again and has had all her front teeth in for awhile now and this last week I noticed a molar on the top right and another one on the bottom left and the temperment says more are fast approaching.

We changed her room around today and added some bookshelves that belonged to my grandfather that sat beside "his" chair in the living room. I spent the last week priming and painting and Jeff added some trim to girly it up some more and it is now in her room. Her room no longer looks so babyish anymore and definitely moving into big girl territory.

We are also fast approaching potty training. She runs to her room and shuts the door and then makes a bad dash for wherever I am grabbing at her diaper to tell me she has pooped. I think next week we will officially start. Although we have no idea what we are doing. lol.

How about some pictures?

I got this picture one day while she was napping and noticed that she was smiling in her sleep:

She has fun getting into the broom closet and "helping" clean the house. I bet that changes when the teen years hit:

Going to see Ronald McDonald:

All comfy in daddy's chair:

She loves the stroller that Grammie (Diane's mom) gave her:
