Asotin County Fair.

We started out going to the carnival (where we met up with Grammie ) and she enjoyed all the excitement going on around her but still wasn't big enough to go on the rides so we won some prizes for her. We took a lot of pics while at the carnival but somehow the camera was on video and not the regular setting for pictures so we ended up with no carnival pictures. Then we headed up to the fairground for the BBQ and to look at some animals.

Cowboy boots: Check
Ready for the fair: Check

She's got her "fair" stamp and is already to go check it out:

She was all interested in looking in the horse stalls till the one in this one snorted at her and then she wanted nothing to do with looking at them.

Sitting on this tractor was her MOST FAVORITE THING! She loved it, we could not get her off of it.

Hello Again!

Hi everyone! We are back. We finally decided to just make a whole new blog since we couldn't remember the log in for the other one. This time we did write it down! :)

Khloe is getting so big and will be 18 months old this weekend. The Asotin County Fair is coming up and she is already with her fair outfit that includes her first cowboy boots that are PINK.

We got thru this Easter and it was a busy one that included practically no nap and one big meltdown for the afternoon The day was pretty much a bust. Poor baby. We need to plan better next year and just have family over and hang out next year.

She is teething again and has had all her front teeth in for awhile now and this last week I noticed a molar on the top right and another one on the bottom left and the temperment says more are fast approaching.

We changed her room around today and added some bookshelves that belonged to my grandfather that sat beside "his" chair in the living room. I spent the last week priming and painting and Jeff added some trim to girly it up some more and it is now in her room. Her room no longer looks so babyish anymore and definitely moving into big girl territory.

We are also fast approaching potty training. She runs to her room and shuts the door and then makes a bad dash for wherever I am grabbing at her diaper to tell me she has pooped. I think next week we will officially start. Although we have no idea what we are doing. lol.

How about some pictures?

I got this picture one day while she was napping and noticed that she was smiling in her sleep:

She has fun getting into the broom closet and "helping" clean the house. I bet that changes when the teen years hit:

Going to see Ronald McDonald:

All comfy in daddy's chair:

She loves the stroller that Grammie (Diane's mom) gave her:
